"Abbiamo dormito qui poiché avevamo un volo presto di mattina, è molto comodo visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal. La camera è abbastanza grande ma mancava un appoggio per la valigia. Manca anche un mini bar e acqua in camera. Il bagno è abbastanza grande ma mancano completamente set da bagno. Insomma è buono solo per dormirci. Abbiamo poi preso un dolcino al ristorante, dolce buono ma cosa molto apprezzabile è che ci è stato fornito il libro degli allergeni quando abbiamo detto...

"The food was excellent both at the pub/ restaurant and cafe and the staff were friendly. We have travelled a lot and I’ve never felt so mis-led about a property. The hotel has no access to the lake or the lovely grass yard in front of it. It is almost completely enclosed by a 6ft high fence with “no access” signs all over it that are pretty much what you are looking at. Also, there was no fridge or coffee maker (even tho they roast coffee on site!) in our room and the little store and cafe...

"Great location. Nice and clean room. It did not have the breakfast or any service nearby. You have to drive to other hotel to have a breakfast. The breakfast did not have discount for guest at the beach house. Check in was at the sister hotel as well. Overal very nice stay and location. The downfall is not having the reception in the hotel and breakfast is served 3 miles away."

"Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season"
