"We had a nice stay here, hotel very conveniently located within walking distance to town and activities. Room was spacious and breakfast was nice. The property could use a bit of TLC in a lot of areas to be more up to date but was nice"
"Clean Room, but really loud noise when the people in the room above walked about really creaky floorboards , enjoyable stay but I dont think this is a Four star hotel as rated, bathroom door was in need of repair we stayed in room 159 Double de luxe, staff were very helpful"
"Fonab was ok,nothing special lights in bathroom were very poor, bedside lights weren't great i couldn't read my book with them, breakfast was mediocre definitely not as nice nor the quality compare to the last owners not good value for the money you pay."
"Overall a nice stay here. Staff are lovely, location is great, easy parking, views are amazing. Restaurant and bar area is nice and all the food we had was yummy. Our room was ok overall. Looked clean but did have cobwebs and I had to put two spiders out. Bathroom was nice and new and again, looked clean but had cobwebs. We booked one of the loch view rooms but, while we could see the loch if we stood at one side of the window and looked round the corner, we were mainly looking out over the side roof so double check that if you are booking! Bit disappointing. We had a nice stay though and would consider staying again if we were in the area! "
"Cosy hotel on the Loch. Comfortable room with all you need. Tea kettle and the bathroom a good size. Great water pressure in shower.
Cafe was delicious and affordable. Friendly staff helped us with questions and recommendations. Shopping on site as well.
Does not have an elevator it that is a concern to you but it’s only one flight. Easy walk to pubs and Loch Ness tourist sites. "
