"The Luxor will NOT allow you to talk to a human at Check-in. The Check-in deck has a Guard in front who forces you to check in at a Kiosk. The only problem was my name was Transposed in the reservations. Finally, someone at the kiosk assist came to help me check-in. When They found the problem, they checked me in. When I asked about going to talk to a human and changing it so I wouldn't have the problem checking out they told me to go to the room and call to do it. Only problem was the phone didn't work in my room (Or the TV remote.) So, I had the same problem checking out. (Once again forced to use a Kiosk) ... unable to checkout. "

"First time to Vegas, this hotel was great location. In the middle of everything on the strip. Very easy to get an uber/ taxi/ ride share. Had to get to the pool early if you wanted a chair that you didn’t have to rent. Lots of food options in and around the property"

"Our first time time staying here. No special privileges for my daughters bday, ours anniversary and my nieces first time in vegas. Desk didn't seem interested. Our flight arrived at 7am, was told that Cosmo doesn't have early check in, that's odd, the others do. Our room was an hour late being ready. That made it even a longer day. Balcony view was nice."

"Would have enjoyed a coffee maker in the room, however, everything else was great. Breakfast at the Coffee Shop was fantastic and dinner Gilley’s was a treat as well. Great layover stay on our way home."
