"Huge room that was clean and bright. Loved it."

"Check in was sub par with not much help from staff. Room was dirty specifically the bathroom and our tub was clogged. We checked in at night so the following morning when we showered we reported it. Issue never fixed we called back every day for the 4 days we were there and no one ever came. Instead of trying to get ppl to do timeshares invest thar labor into quality housekeeping and PM the rooms! "

"The family pool was overcrowded, the water slide pools were closed, they don’t let you bring water in. If you want an affordable clean place in a good location, the Flamingo is good, if you want a family pool experience, spend a little more and go to the MGM Grand, way better! Lazy river, several pools, and free water. "

"The room was clean. When we were checking out, the staff person was rude. There are several places to purchase breakfast. Probably cheaper to eat out though, but it was close by and within the property. Casino was fine. We don't gamble so I can't say more about the casino. The kids area lower area was nice. Close to walking to other places. "

"Small things were noticed, ice machine 8th floor Bordeaux mostly non working, no coffee makers in rooms, found the hotel tired and needing a refresh. This was our third time here, will change resorts next time. "

"As expensive as our suite was for 3 nights, I was expecting better food and a friendlier staff. Overall a little too cold and impolite. The room was great though. Very clean. "

"We returned to Mandalay primarily to enjoy/relax at the pools despite the fact that it is at the very end of the strip. It was anything but relaxing, it’s just become WAY too crowded. We got there 15 minutes before they opened only to find a line about 2 football fields long! Once in the gate, it was like a mad dash, everyone running to claim a lounge chair. Everyone is packed in like sardines in lines of lounge chairs if you were lucky enough to get one. The lazy river was NOT lazy…. it was overrun by children weaving in and out. I realize Mandalay is a go-to for families with kids because of the pools but it’s out of control with the thousands using the pools. In the future, we will opt for a hotel closer to mid-strip with a more basic pool… maybe it will be less crowded. "
