"The property is away from the busy areas of Las Vegas and it gives you a chance to really relax. The food is great in the restaurants that we have tried so far the pool looked wonderful but they closed at 5 o’clock so we missed that but look forward to enjoying it next time."

"We had no hot water for our last two days. Front desk said the whole hotel was not getting hot water. Bell desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. Front check in was cold not out going at all. Housekeeping was friendly when I saw them. You were never sure when they were coming. You pay a $45 resort fee for little services. I stayed 8 days they changed the sheets one time and cleaned the room one time. They would come by and drop off towels occasionally."

"Made this reservation for a colleague who missed a connecting flight. Had a hard time getting ahold of helpful hotel staff. Called two different numbers, couldn’t get answers. Booked stay with company card (in my possession) — but my colleague still had to put down personal card on-site for a deposit. I should’ve been able to do that remote with the company card. Very disappointing. Also, does not offer 24-hour airport shuttle. Will probably put clients and colleagues elsewhere in the future."

"check-in and check-out lines were all in one with ONLY 2 very unfriendly agents and everyone in line had to wait for over 30 min to check in or out."

"Because I used a 3rd party app to book the room I was charged a $400 extra fee. In addition they made certain to give me a room without a view. Also, although I arrived well after check in, the room still was not ready. I will be skeptical of using 3rd party apps from now on!"

"Refurbished rooms were very nice. Off the strip but easy access to strip and airport on Tropicana st. A bus pass is all you need."
