Top Zephyr Cove Hotel Reviews
3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"It’s an excellent place to stay if you’re spending a few days in Lake Tahoe. The only thing I’d recommend is replacing the toilet, as the bowl is very small; I’m a slim person, yet it was still uncomfortable to use. Apart from that, everything was great."

Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort South

"Location was great. Right near the beach where you can watch the sunset. Room was very dated, but surprisingly convenient. The mini kitchen was well stocked with utensils which we found super useful. They were very clean too, which surprised us. You could easily bring your own food and eat in the room or the tables outside. The only downside of this hotel was the room we were given was on the ground floor with little to no natural light coming though. There was also a dog staying in the room next door which was a ‘service dog’. I say that in the loosest of terms as it wasn’t obvious what the dog was servicing. It wasn’t a guide dog.. but I think people use the label of service dog as a way to take their dogs on holiday. There is no breakfast at the hotel.. but having kitchen allowed us to have preparations for the kids before we left the room. Pools were nice.. indoor and outdoor pools. The car park felt like it was a bit of a rip off.. they would park the cars in the public car park opposite, and charge you for the convenience of them bringing the car to you. You could probably save $30 a day parking yourself at the same place. However, this isn’t advised by the hotel.. they make you feel like there is no other option. The other downside was the sales team at the concierge.. as soon as we checked in, we were pounced on by the Hilton vacation club timeshare sales team who wouldn’t let us get on with our day. Felt really uncomfortable walking past the lobby."
