"During my 3-night stay there was no turn down or housekeeping service. I had to call down for fresh towels. There was no bell boy to help with my luggage, and to make matters worse, they charged me $20 for parking everyday even though I didn’t request it, nor did I have a car. And there was also a random $38 charge for “refreshments” and when I explained I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar they said it was for using their chargers. That was so random, especially since I did not use any of their charging cords, as I brought my own. It’s also very difficult to get to the Remus side of the hotel with luggage since the floors are all carpet. "

"This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The hotel is spectacular with stellar staff that met my every need. The views are gorgeous. Doug at Edgewood restaurant and lounge definitely went the extra mile. The rooms were cozy, just wish there was more storage space. Food and drinks on property were good and fire pit smores were a highlight. 10/10 can’t wait to come back. "

"We wanted a place with close access to snow. Place is a bit dated but very clean and had comfortable beds. Water pressure of shower was good. No hairdryer (but I also didn’t ask to see if the front desk lends the out). No elevator, but not an issue for us. Close to stores and restaurants/cafes. "
