I loved the location, it was easy to get around to all the stores and other casinos. I absolutely loved the flamingos and other water animals in the courtyard! It was a great experience.
This place is old and tired. Our room was. It cleaned and when I asked for towels they said I could only have 2. Calm down your towels aren’t great (old and dingy) I won’t be taking any home with me. Unfriendly staff and the entire place needs a face lift
Locked myself out of my room and all staff from front desk to cleaning were SO kind and attentive, security was professional when asking for my ID (solo traveler!) and prompt to save me from myself haha!
Room was well-kept, spotless (in Vegas!!) and wonderful, in the heart of the Vegas Strip with monorail access clearly posted!
Loved it- They even had real exotic birds kept humanely and rescued to show off in the garden!!
The first thing you need to ask yourself is – do I want to stay on the Strip? We thought yes! What we didn’t realise was just how noisy it is! Our room was on the 14th floor and out the window we could see the strip and Caesar’s Palace across the street. Bellagio to the left. Very pretty. Everything great until after many days of travel we needed a good night sleep. Not to be had. The club under the building was so loud it physically shook our bed with each electronic drum beat. The bass reverberated through our room unbelievably. The double glazed windows were useless as bass disregards walls! If you sleep between 4am to say 12pm, you’d be ok. Or get a room far away from any clubs. Lesson learned for us. We thought we’d be clever and have an afternoon catch up nap. Not so, Caesars across the street had a pool party from 1:00pm-6:00pm, and the noise was worse than our overnight experience. I guess this is a heads up, if you like to party hard and sleep in the morning, you’re good. If not, be very wary of your room location for noise. Double-glazing is not going to save you!!
Needs better cleaning, better yet upgrade would be best! Friendly staff.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall, our stay was okay. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were immaculate, and the property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an issue with the cleanliness of our room. We found blood on our bed sheets, which was very concerning.
When we reported it, the staff’s initial response was disappointing. They seemed dismissive, disappeared when we needed assistance, and it took about 45 minutes before someone came to change the sheets. After such a serious issue, we expected a much quicker response.
On a positive note, once the manager became involved, they handled the situation professionally. They apologized and compensated us with credits to use at the hotel’s restaurants, which we appreciated.
The hotel has great potential because the ambiance is amazing, but the customer service and housekeeping response need significant improvement. I hope this was just an isolated incident, as the property itself is worth visiting.
La struttura e le camere sono piuttosto datate e la pulizia non è il massimo. I servizi buoni. check in e check out in autonomia molto semplici e veloci. Bella la piscina.
Bring your own coffee stuff. (Kettle, coffee pot…). They will not help you with hot water for teas of anything. Called the front desk said they would give us bottled water, it never showed up! When we called they said that’s only for top tiers! We did do an upgrade but view was all we got! 1/2 & 1/2 for kind staff. While gambling you were lucky if anyone showed up to give you a drink (didn’t matter if it was alcoholic or not). Links was a bit better with drinks and services.
First experience in Vegas and I hated it! Old hotel with crummy renovations. Shower/toilet constantly leaked (toilet even clogged on our last day). Carpets were stained. Yuck yuck yuck.
We got a basic go room, but we had an amazing view of ceases palace and strip, I saw very little wear and tear. Go pool was amazing, but family pool was very under whelming with the pool only going 3 ft deep.
The good: Rooms are clean, tons of amenities and the pool is fantastic
The bad: The bait-and-switch pricing through a $50 daily resort fee, only two devices allowed on WIFI before adding $15 and no housekeeping services unless you pay for that. Don't fall for the trickery.
The rooms were clean. I used Laurel, the text line, to request things or ask questions. It always got done and had a quick response. We stayed in the habitat tower which is closer to the Linq promenade. We used the check in kiosk when we got there and got a low floor with no view. I could have went up to the line to wait but it was extremely long and I knew we wouldn’t spend a lot of time in our room. The only draw back was there was not a door for the shower. It was like a half door with the other half open so water would splatter on the floor. I would have preferred a full door with frosted glass. We stayed during the 110 heat which is no where near GA heat. The A/C stayed on 65 in the room but it was struggling and was never near that temp. If you are wanting to drop off a rental with enterprise it is a nightmare there. There is no signage to say where to go or park the car. Took us an hour to figure it out, with asking people and going inside the flamingo because the representative leaves at like lunch, I would stay here again all things considered because it’s centrally located.
