I had initially booked for treasure Island and was unsure how I was moved to the flamingo but overall it was a typical Las Vegas hotel experience the amount of smoke that one has to endure while staying in Las Vegas is really terrible. It would be nice for some of these hotels to cater more to the majority of the population that do not smoke so I typically avoid casinos restaurants near casinos any of the other amenities near the casinos where the air is just inundated with smoke.
We stayed on the property late June. Our room was not very clean and then they knocked early Friday morning to clean it (even though we had our sign on the door). When we left the room the cleaning crew were in our hallway. Advised we have left the room so they can clean. She said ok, thank you and when we returned our room was not clean. Had to end up taking 2 more towels off of a cleaning cart to have towels for the next day. Room does not stay cool. Coolest it got was 72 and that was early morning. Kept curtains closed but didn't help. Staff in the gift shops were not friendly at all. The rest of the property was clean and saw them constantly cleaning which was nice. Some more food options would be nice, however there are plenty of options close by.
The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. We booked an Attraction View room, and the view of the Sphere was absolutely amazing. it was definitely a highlight of our stay.
My only complaint was the check-in process, which was a nightmare. It took us over two hours to get checked in because the self-service kiosks repeatedly gave errors when it was time to dispense the room keys. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting guests was also extremely rude. At one point, they simply said, “Well, it’s time for my break,” and walked away in the middle of helping someone, leaving guests frustrated and without assistance.
Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the check-in experience left a very poor first impression.
Will return to flamingo..
its active and always has things to do..
Visiting the pool is a must and you’ll have a great time..

Our room did not keep cool. Granted, we were on the 28th floor in 107 degree temps outside. The bathtub was not cleaned before we checked in. The empty soap wrapper was still in the tub. The sprinkler in the room had a plastic wrap over it. The room was in the older part of the hotel and needs to be redone. We asked to be moved to a different room but could not. We had checked in a couple hours earlier and they did not want to send housekeepers to check the room. The pool area was very nice and the location was great.
The room we were in 7079, facing the high roller wheel and sphere and garden, had great views - we could even see the mountains… however, the noise from the pool (albeit limit hours) was very loud during the daytime when we wanted to enjoy our cool air conditioned room during the hottest part of the day. The room was super basic, did not have any scent, or nice linens, and needed touch ups - but it was nice to have the ac, view, tv/movies, fridge. We requested to have our room turned over, but it never happened our whole stay (we also didn’t follow up). The pools were loud and over crowded; I wish we tried to go in the morning or tried the spa services instead. I wish there were more spots to sit outside in the shade, the gardens have potential.
This was my first time staying here, my room was spacious and clean. I had booked a view of the high roller but my room had a view of the Bellegio fountains which was great. My only complaint was I ran out of toilet paper the morning I checked out. The staff should had an extra roll in the bathroom!
The room we booked through Expedia looked great on the webpage, but the room we received at the flamingo was terrible! There was rust everywhere in the bathroom, the toilet was disgusting, the shower poor and the wallpaper peeling. We went to the front desk to change rooms. They said they couldn’t help us because we booked through Expedia. We called Expedia and they said we would have to work with the front desk! What a joke! The lesson I learned was not to book through Expedia and to book on the hotel site directly if you need or have problems with your room and expect the front desk staff to help in anyway. Will not use Expedia to book again, as they were unhelpful in getting our room changed! Especially since the room, including joking, resort and parking fee fees was just over $500 for Thursday and Friday night.
PS our room at the flamingo was 16 049
The check-in staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. The mini refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived, but Engineering responded quickly and replaced it without any hassle. The bed was also very comfortable.
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping and towel service during our three-night stay. While this may be the hotel's current policy, it's something guests should be aware of before booking.
If you're staying in the Habitat Tower with a Strip-facing room, be prepared for extremely loud music from the Omnia Nightclub across the street. The music continued until about 3:00 a.m. each night and was loud enough to make sleeping difficult. This was not a minor inconvenience—we ultimately had to sleep with noise-canceling headphones just to get some rest. If you're a light sleeper, I strongly recommend requesting a room away from the Strip or in a different tower.
Unfortunately, the excessive nighttime noise significantly detracted from our stay and will be a major factor in deciding whether we return to the Flamingo in the future.

4th time staying at the flamingo, love the location and and the pool. The casino has some terrible dealers, no personality. The prices are astronomical, they nickel and dime you for everything. After that being said Vegas is all about making money, not customer service and loyalty. Vegas will always be my favorite vacation destination
The Flamingo was a clean, brightly lit resort. It was located conveniently with a monorail stop and near other resorts and promenades with shops and restaurants. There were lots of families as well as adult groups. While there was little catered specially to kids, they were welcome and there was little "inappropriate content" on posters and ads.
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. I frequently saw people sweeping and maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
The 2-queen-bedroom was spacious, clean, and quiet. The mini-fridge was convenient for cooling water and snacks.
The "Family Pool" was less crowded than I expected, though certainly full. I wish it had been open more hours in the day (I think 9-5).
Check-in was my only real frustration. The Caesar's app kept "forgetting" my reservation, so I couldn't use it. At least half the digital kiosks for check-in at the lobby were down. When I found one that worked, it didn't appear to show the correct check-out date, so I ended up in line anyway. They moved as quickly as they could, though even after 10 pm, they were busy.
*The receptionist was polite and helpful. She said the kiosks only show the days you are staying, not the day you are checking out, so it turns out the kiosk was likely correct.
There was garbage on the floor in my room on check in, the bathroom door does not lock, and the shower floods the bathroom because there is no door or curtain to keep the water contained. The hotel is also under construction and loud at times. The hotel itself is not “bad”, but it’s not “great” either… if all you need is a decent room to sleep in then it’s fine.

Pool was murky Botha days. Clearly unbalanced . Beautiful new pool area . Lots of room . Granted it was a very busy weekend and there was a fouling and pool was emptied of occupants.
Hotel room was very basic even with an upgrade. Previous guests sock and hair in shower.
1 pillow per guest. Hotel fridge was bonus.
