"The check in process was awful because everything was done remotely. There were broken steps. The air conditioning had no directions and a fuse was blown for two floors. This location would be appropriate for young back packers needing a hostel, but not as a hotel. Inadvertently, we failed to see the poor rating on Expedia. Our bad. The location and shower were good."

"I loved this apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. I only gave four stars because the apartment could use a little love and updating, and that may be important to some people. It was not for me. We were just over 2 miles away from Mass General where my husband was having an operation. It had a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, and was surprisingly quiet. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly."
