Not only did we need to switch our original room due to the jacuzzi being filthy, the second room we were given was also disgusting, the tub was also rusted and dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door, as well as the bathroom door being broken. It was completely disgusting and off putting. We needed to go out a buy cleaning supplies to ensure the tub was disinfected correctly. The cable tv was also awful it kept cutting out and not working. I was so annoyed and defeated that switching hotels wasn’t an option seeing how you already had our money. Your pictures posted do not show the true authenticity of your hotel at all. At best this is a MOTEL, for hourly clientele. I will certainly never be staying here again, and I will deter anyone who thinks about it to reconsider. I also have pictures to prove my experience, that I will be posting on Expedia"
