"We called ahead to ensure late check-in would be possible; the gentleman at the front desk desk was very polite, efficient and professional as we arrived at nearly midnight. however, the lady at the front desk during check-out was cold and unfriendly, curtly instructing us to drop the key cards in the box and gruffly said, "you're good to go". so, there is some unevenness with staff professionalism, but we did not have to interact with them much at all."

"We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location."
