"This was my second stay. Staff was super nice/helpful. Only thing, I wish they had a iron/steamer directly in room versus you have to go to travelling station. But other than that, a good stay."

"This ended up being one of the best hotels I’ve booked. The location near the freedom trail and Faneuil Hall was amazing. There’s also a T stop literally right outside the hotel which was perfect for getting all around the city without having to do excess walking. The 7/11 on the corner was super convenient as well to grab drinks and quick snacks during the crazy heatwave we found ourselves in. Given the temperatures outside I expected the AC inside to work extra hard but our room stayed nice and cool and it was so refreshing to come back and shower and relax for a bit before heading back out to sweat all over again while seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the free water in the lobby was a nice little touch as well as the couches and tables. The room was decorated nicely and was extremely clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is the bathroom needed a little work. The shower curtin rings were rusted and broken and some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose. Also the bathroom had no fan so it would get extremely foggy. You had to use the trash can to keep the door propped open otherwise nothing dried. The vanity also lacks some bright lighting but otherwise the place was great. Our next stay in Boston will hands down be here!"

"Our stay at The Dagny was great! The staff gave excellent suggestions on local dining. No complaints on room service. Although the coffee shop offered great coffee and breakfast, it would be a nice addition to open before 7:00 a.m. Traveler's with early flights would love to grab a cup of joe on their way to their flight. It would be nice to have a regular coffee machine in the room. Not everyone is keen on a Nespresso coffee maker. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to our tours and enjoyed exploring the city easily."
