"It’s up on the hill, does have a shuttle service, but it so complicated to get to the shuttle, and it’s only 2/3 minutes ride. "Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. "Easily accessible to gate 79 (kaba entrance). Beautiful, clean hotel with great facilities. Stayed for one night on 26th July 2025 before return to London. Reception staff, and concierge staff were fantastic. Excellent Haram views, with comfortable beds and room facilities. Would book again and recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff. "
