Great place to stay for Umrah, the shuttle service was very convenient to get to Haram. You can also walk if you want. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommended. The south asian food wasn't nicest at the breakfast but everything else was amazing. Loved the variety and options. Hotel staff was friendly, alert and always available.

There is free transportation 24/7 that drop you near ALHARAM right behind (Altawheed Hotel ). 12 min walking to king Fahad Gate (( Makkah )) Nice lobby Nice breakfast buffet Definitely it will be my top 5m3 hotel to stay again in Makkah.

We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab. He organised all our transport out: zayarats, Mecca to Medinah, Medinah to Mecca and then to Jedda airport. Abu Tayab even organised for us to use the hotel facilities on our return to Mecca from Medinah to perform our second Umrah. Jazaak Allah Khair for making our visit smooth and enjoyable.

As soon as you enter the property the Oud fragrance gives a welcoming atmosphere The shuttle and golf cart service to the Haram was an added advantage but I wish they had an order for the people to make a line to get in to these as people forget their manners and cut in front of you The prayer room was also a great advantage on those rainy days The rooms were nice and clean with good view We would like to give a shoutout to Shahidul our room attendant who always made sure our room was clean and stocked up with the necessities

The stay was pretty good. The lobby looks amazing and everything is clean. We had 4 rooms and one of them smelled pretty bad. We asked for a new room because it smelled like mold. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with a different room. Other than the smell, I would say 10/10.

The hotel has buggies at the bust stop which is very good, my experience with the drivers of those buggies were a bit inconsistent some of them are very agitated and driving like it’s a video game while others showed excellent customer service. When I arrived in the buggy with my massive piece of luggage I was met by an amazing gentleman managing the valet or the concierge as he quickly looked around to see if there are any bill boys in sight and there was none he helped with the luggage and instructed the buggy driver to take me in until he hands me to a bill boy This was one of the quickest check in experience I ever had in Makkah! I usually expect long queues and wait time of checking in at any of the Haram area hotels but this was under 5 minutes The bus to Al Haram is not worth the ride , the drop of is a 10 minutes walk from the closest door and an elevator ride down to the closest holy mosque gate so walking from the hotel and taking the buggy is a quicker option. Tried the room service and the food was quick and very well made, potion was big and the room service delivery staff was very polite. Overall experience was up to the Marriott standards which is great for a city like Makkah.

The check in Service from Marium was amazing! She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The room however wasnt as clean as some of the other hotels in the area, there was noticeable dust on tables, lamps and other items

I really enjoyed my stay at Jabal Omar Marriot. The staff were super friendly, the Haraam was accessible and they had a 24/7 shuttle running, for those who didn’t want to walk. It’s great if you want to avoid the crazy crowds of the clock Tower hotels; Nice, quite and peaceful. They had great traditional majlis setup. However, the cafe on the main floor was closed most of the time so majlis couldn’t be fully utilized. People had to go out to get coffee and/or tea. The breakfast was amazing with a plethora of options. Really enjoyed the sausage and falafel. Thank you again JOM Umar from Canada

It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in period. Not clean, only one guy serving customers at check in. Bathroom are so disgusting. Rooms smells like cigarette disposable area. Carpet are old and nasty.
