"The worst hotel and the worst service I have ever experienced. The hotel was filthy and extremely unhygienic. I stayed for 8 nights, and during that entire time the room was cleaned and the sheets were changed only once. The rooms smelled strongly of urine and were very dirty. This was a terrible experience, and I reported the issue to Expedia from the very first minute I arrived at the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Hopefully Expedia removes this hotel from their app. "

"I’m really disappointed at the hotel because they throw my husband in the street with the homeless because my husband came down to the reception is sick FTD dementia and he doesn’t talk instead they keep him and verify his identity and keep him in a safe area they throw him out so their hotel looks good my husband was lost for 5 hours and they refused to call 911 they told me you call but when I did they told me I have to call from a local number so any way because of that my husband was sick because he was in the street under the bridge very dusty and dirty by the Trust I have to take him to the doctor he has bronchitis it tern in to asthma so I rely had hard time by my salve and my twin boys in place where I don’t know no one I almost had a heart attack my salve because it was to much so really want you as a third party I trusted you you have to fight for my right "

"We reserved 2 queen bedroom with city view and when we got there they had a king bed room with wrong view and we had to upgrade for a 2 queen with view which I think was very shady. We paid and reversed for transportation to the train station and they tried to charge us again even though we already paid. The hotel is good and we have stayed there before but I think they are adopting shady business practices."
