This is one of the worst experiences of mine. Came in with my parents to perform Umrah now I will never recommend anyone this hotel. It’s so many things that upset me about my stay here but I don’t want to make it a rant. Spend your valuable time elsewhere do not stay in this hotel. You will be wise to spend elsewhere and make your religious visit more comfortable and convenient. This hotel is mediocre at best. One good thing only was the housekeeping staff only they made my stay somewhat comfortable. Check in staff managers and the property amenities are not even close to a five star hotel. You will get okay and below average experience.

The location is great! The property condition is very bad. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the room and bathrooms need maintenance and upgrade. I’d not consider staying here again.
