"The receptionist is I believe one of the hardest working people. He spoke English very well, was helpful, professional, and has improved our stay because of his work ethic. I seriously hope that he is or will become the operations manager as he gives a feeling that he is able to work hard and that he is smart and willing. "วิวไม่สวย(แถวนั้นไม่มีอะไร) ห้องกลางๆ ออนเซน มีแยกหลายที่ แต่หายากมาก ดูสวย และน่าพักน้อยกว่าในรูปถ่ายค่อนข้างมาก ถ้าจะแช่ออนเซน แนะนำให้ไปแช่ ที่outdoorข้างๆ ได้บรรยากาศกว่า อาหารเย็นและเช้ากินได้ รสชาติธรรมดา ห้องน้ำในห้องไม่มี ห้องน้ำส่วนกลางก็น้อยเหลือเกิน ห้องน้ำผู้ชายอยุ่ข้างล่าง เวลากลางคืนลงไปเข้า ก็เกรงใจ ห้องอื่น เพราะเวลาเดิน พื้นจะมีเสียงครับ โดยรวมก็กลางๆ ไม่ได้แย่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ประทับใจครับ"
