"We had an excellent stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the spa area. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places.
Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs.
Breakfast was nice, self service
Nice that towels are changed daily.
The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel.
Very good bus service from the bus station.
Did a day city tour with Bay tours.

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most...

"This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality.
Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb.
Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming.
Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good.
Reasonable parking
Steepish walk down to the little harbour."
