"Every aspect of our three night break at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location as regards proximity to St Helier's attractions & beyond (bus routes on Jersey easy to access & navigate). Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean, superb view (directly opposite Elizabeth Castle), excellent food and drink. Its not an exaggeration to say that every member of staff modelled the very highest standards of customer care. We would recommend unreservedly - we're already planning our next...

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"
