"I was charged $300 for smoking in my unit I did not smoke I Vaped there's a huge difference huge difference not sure how they figured that out but I tried to call them and did not get a response I'm going to be writing a review on better Business bureau because I was not aware of these charges"

"My husband I arrived for a 4 night stay. The remote/tv in the first room we were given did not work. We were moved to another room. We were supposed to have a washer/dryer in our room which we did not. The front desk told us Expedia made the mistake. However, there was no attempt to fix the issue. The floors in the hallway and in our room were dirty. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well- counters weren’t clean and the floors were dirty as well. The nightstand wasn’t wiped off and had stains on it....

"We come down to NOLA at least once a year. First time staying at the Sheraton on Canal St and the staff is great! Everyone very kind and helpful. The rooms could use a good deep clean and some updating. The carpet was extremely dirty. It is dark brown and you could see black stains all over it. The edges were so dusty they were white. "Room needs to be upgraded"

"Hidden fees everywhere, nothing is free. Breakfast is paid, parking is paid, there is nothing in the room as far as kitchen goes. No mini fridge, no microwave. Night staff was belligerent. Way too expensive for what it offers. Do yourself a favor and read every single fine print before booking. Barely any towels. Buttons on thermostat not working. Ac didn’t work through the night. Pillows are overstuffed and terrible. The old feel of the hotel is adorable but honestly, not worth it imo."

"Always love staying here! Top Notch!"

"Excellent"

"Place needs renovation."

"The hotel was beautiful. One step off the property and you right on Burbon street. If you want some quiet don’t get the balcony get the room facing the pool. I had a great night sleep every night and I went during Halloween."

"French Market is in the heart of the French Quarter and close to all the fun you would expect staying in the quarter. The Hotel is very good and we have stayed here before."

"Excellent location, staff and only complaint was lack of hot water for showers due to their "eco" system."
