"Awesome"

"Room had mold everywhere. Sheets had rips. Won’t stay again."

"Loved the place just the location can be sketchy at night"

"I truly enjoyed myself."

"I loved everything about this place"

"The staff very friendly and helpful great overall service 👍"

"Always love staying here! Top Notch!"

"Lovely place - clean but walls were a little dirty. Staff was amazing. Had a beautiful time"

"Keep in mind this is an old hotel with a lot of personality, it’s also in the heart of the French Quarter so super easy to walk to everything! The downside was only one elevator worked and the door to our balcony didn’t lock properly."

"The hotel was beautiful. One step off the property and you right on Burbon street. If you want some quiet don’t get the balcony get the room facing the pool. I had a great night sleep every night and I went during Halloween."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at check in made it very easy. All the other staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Sammy was great at helping with our luggage and with suggestions on where to eat. The hotel is near everything. I would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel and concierge staff helpful. Hotel itself could use some general maintenance. Some problems w oyr kitchen in particular. We had a balcony but no chairs to use. TV is at odd angle for viewing from couch or bed but it's big, so it works. Noisy location, but I guess that's true everywhere in NOLA"

"overall, everything was great, but the staff was excellent from the housekeeping to the front desk to the maintenance and the kitchen and I work 20 years for Marriott as a housekeeping supervisor and I would have to say this was a team to me that worked together when I went to ask for stuff, it was never oh that’s not my job. You would have to ask housekeeping or ask the front desk or go to maintenance they were on their game, I will be back next year and I will be bringing my family this time...
