"I have been to Jamaica 7 times and this was the first time I was disappointed. The pictures are well done because I got lodging fished. It has potential, needs some TLC and friendlier staff.
I was locked inside (INSIDE) my room from the outside. I asked several people walking by to get help and alas one did pass my message of being trapped in the room to the front desk lady. Once she arrived she continued to try to unlock the door despite me stating there is obviously another lock we don't...

"No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"Stayed for 4 weeks. Right next door to Jake’s and Jack Sprat. This is a smaller hotel and it was very quiet. For most part it’s like no one else was there, so my daughter and I got the place to ourselves. I liked the quiet and tranquility.
