"My stay at Hotel 39 was great. From the time of check in, the staff was so friendly. Special big up to Shane at the Front desk who accommodate my mom in a room next to me even though initially she was assigned to another room. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice with a great view. "Honestly, I was there with my son for 5 nights and I had a blast. Staff was genuine, real and 100% a pleasure. The pool was nice, ping pong, video games, a ton of things to do. Was quiet and peaceful. Want to say Thanx to the staff and I definitely will be rebooking when I return to c my again. "

"Honestly, if you’re not looking for something extremely lavish but still cozy for a nice trip to Jamaica, I’d recommend this place. They have events different days of the week and it’s right on the beach so you don’t have to leave the resort too much unless you’re exploring with the locals. I’d definitely stay here again."

"This is an old property. The accommodations are not what we are accustomed to. The architecture is interesting as it resembles French colonial from the early 1900s. The place seems abandoned but there are other guests there. Mostly people who work at other resorts. Reception is not staffed consistently. The best part of this place is location across the street from skylark beach club. This is where we hung out during the day. Also this place is very quiet and relaxing."

"This property is very clean and located right by the white sand beaches. We loved the hot tub and the pools. Most of all the beautiful beach. The rooms are spacious. The only draw back is that internet was weak inside some rooms. We moved to a junior suit which had more space and excellent internet connectivity. Overall an excellent experience."

"The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) "
