"Fantastic staff, beautiful room and grounds. Food was delicious. We were lucky to enjoy a Jamaican feast. Drinks were top tier. Good wine at dinner, bar drinks were made to order the way you like them ( enjoyed a salt rimmed classic margarita, a vodka olive martini, ice cold beer and rum punches that weren’t watered down at all as other reviews said). Beach was lovely pool was well lit at night. Comfortable bed! Loved having robes in the room but I do suggest putting more size inclusive ones....

"Well, overall, we had a great time in Montego Bay. The worst part of the hotel was the housekeeping . After the room was cleaned, we had to wait hours to get clean towels and even when the towels were delivered to the room, they looked as though they weren’t completely clean. It was a little dingy. I should say wasn’t like completely white. We had to request towels almost every day, request soap, request shampoo request, conditioner, request lotion. "Likes: Location close to the lounges, beach, hip strip activities. Was able to walk there. Nice gift shop on premise to buy souvenirs. Dislikes: not wheelchair or walker assessable. Elevator broke 2x had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs for 2 days with no communication from host about repair times or apologizing for inconvenience. "The entry way ( a bridge from the parking lot to the penthouse) was being repaired with unsafe flooring and gaping holes. Elevators ( 14 Floors ) had no ventilation and was covered in mould. Building needs cleaning. The furniture was aged, flooring horrible, cealing damaged, A filthy place with roaches, torn curtains and bed sheets. Used soap left in the bathroom to be reused. "Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry...
