"Complex tres bien décoré mais abscence total de propreté!! Pas d aleze sur le matelas pas de protection sur les oreillers ! Sol jamais lavé en 2 semaines et salle de bain jamais nettoyée !!! Le personnel du complexe n est vraiment pas aimable et encore moins efficace, patron inclu!!!"

Couldn’t get a late-check-out, but they provide a shower you can use for free before you have to leave for the airport.
The only thing I don’t understand: 28€/week to use the room safe doesn’t feel appropriate for a 4-star-hotel…"

Gerade in solchen Notsituationen sollte man sich auf ein seriöses Unternehmen wie ebookers verlassen können. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und erwarte die volle Rückerstattung.
