Great hotel

Great hotel Stayed on the all inclusive package and great food and drinks. really close up the Yumbo and good bus links to travel around Room was really nice with a pool view.

Very nice hotel, amazing location Breakfast very good Slight disappointment: the bathtub in the bathroom was a bit rusty and could see the work has been done to repair a hole in the bathtub but has not been done properly Mattress on the bed was over soft which can cause back pain Really appreciated the robes and sleepers in the bedroom and the big balcony

They had a lot of small nice touches, free sangria at the poolside midday, dry rack pullet cords on the balcony for drying your towels and bathies, excellent value for money for anything that wasn't included in all inclusive/half board deal, would definitely come back here for long weekend again. Staff were also really friendly and provided good service.

I've stayed at the Neptuno a few times now and always enjoyed it. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms, relaxed atmosphere. Right next to the Yumbo centre if you're there for the nightlife

A very relaxing and chilled hotel despite being right next to the Yumbo centre. Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile to greet you with. Pool area is well maintained and there are plenty of sun beds. Food options are excellent with lunch served on the terrace overlooking the pool as a bonus. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent Service

Although service was excellent and we had read the hotel had recently been refurbished, it did still appear dated in areas. We do think the 4* rating is pushing it.

The location of this hotel is what captured our interest. The staff are friendly and helpful when asking for help. The room was simple and clean, with easy access to Yumbo Center. Pool area was always busy during the day. Breakfast had a nice selection as well.

Great hotel

Had a great few days staying here. Room was very clean and the bar/pool area have a nice atmosphere, and are surprisingly quite quiet considering the proximity to the Yumbo. Food was of good quality - personally I preferred the a la carte lunch at the pool bar to the buffet, although that was still good (especially the desserts!). I would definitely stay again in future.
