"What made our eight day stay so good was the entire staff ,they were excellent, the front office were exceptional as was the restaurant staff and bar staff .Nothing was too much trouble , they went above and beyond every day. To make our visit memorable. The only criticism was the shower , although modern and large the shower floor was very ,very slippery."
"This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience. "Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in."
