"This hotel was the worst place I have stepped into in my entire life. Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. Eventually, my husband had to book another hotel immediately to which was unplanned for our safety. I can never recommend this type of hotel...

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

"The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"It was nice clean and a great vacation. The resturant had a really good steak!"

"Ontbijt matig goede schone en ruime kamers prijs kwaliteit prima"

"We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. I didnt have time to check out the breakfast, but it was complimentary and no extra charge to the...

"Clean and neat very conveniently located near the DLR station"

"Close to the Excel Convention Center, and various local shops and food. Was able to access bus stops to head easily to the O2 Arena, as well as other places around London."

"Friendly and accommodating staffs particularly the tall guy in the reception and the one arranging the lounge and restaurant areas who keeps greeting and engaging with guests (sorry i did not get your names but well don you both!). The property is clean. Service is very responsive. A true value for money."

"Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle."

"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."
