"The whole experience was excellent, we had a first floor room, but the member of staff decided to up grade us to an apartment over the road at no extra cost because I wasn't able to do the stairs. We had a continental breakfast that we had to book and pay for there was also a cooked breakfast for extra money where as in their amenities info, the breakfast was free, I mentioned this to a member of staff The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the IT tech sent to us before our stay. I informed a member of staff about this and she was talking to her manager stating that the older customers couldn't grasp the IT Tech as they were not knowledge able with such things and were always afraid they had not booked their stay."

"The overall stay was good , with clean and well presented room . Only thing which I noticed was it’s an old building and the rooms electric infrastructure is dated . There are no usb charging port on the electric switches . I was really surprised and as I was not carrying the plugs , had to buy 2 plugs to get the charging going for the gadgets . The rooms are around £145 per night approx with No USB charging port really ……!! shocking !!!"

"Breakfast was good, pizza was good, staff were great, but, My car was trashed by pigeons after I parked under one of the many trees, it took me an hour to clean it all off before and after my travels. the room was tiny you couldn't walk past the end of the bed to draw the curtains as it was only just shy or the wall and the TV was in the way. Also the bed was not a double it was 4 foot, it is a good job I was on my own and not with my partner."

"Great location plenty of parking rooms are a little bit compact for my liking but I found the floors of the room very dirty and didn’t look like they’d seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. "

"No money has been spent on the property for years, there are broken windows, mould on the paintwork, cracked tiles and much more. Music in the bar was blasting out to the early hours. We were booked in for two nights but went elsewhere after one"

"Whole building stunk of marijuana, door handle to bathroom came off in my hand, bathroom was filthy - someone’s toothpaste spit still in sink, shower cubicle was stained and unusual so I left without a shower - horrid Never going back, thankfully it was only for one night."

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."
