"Stayed for 2 nights at Emerald Mansion Hotel and highly recommend it. My room (single) was compact but well equipped and nicely decorated (very recently opened so everything is in good condition). Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. It’s very centrally located in Sultanahmet and staff were helpful. Felt safe there as solo female traveller. "

"I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding.
My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well.

"Hotel is still in great condition for being in old town. Maybe a 5-8 minute walk to the blue mosque. Breakfast that is included is just ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also 10 euro to send out a bag of laundry to have washed dried and folded on return. Seemed like a great deal since places around were 250 per kg."

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet. "
"Muy bien ubicado a solo 2 pequeñas cuadras de la Avenida y estación de tranvía. Puedes ver visitar muchas cosas caminando.
El Hotel es pequeño pero cómodo, con elevador y excelente limpieza.
Y el personal fue lo mejor!! Nos ayudaron e hicieron sentir bienvenidos en todo momento.
