"I loved my stay at the hotel. My Room was very comfortable and nicely cleaned. Hotel Staff was very helpful, supportive and friendly which makes my solo trip experience even more enjoyable."

"L'hôtel est placé légèrement en retrait des grands axes, ce qui permet d'avoir le silence la nuit Mais le tramway est à moins de 5 minutes de marche L'hôtel est très propre, je suis assez maniaque sur la propreté des établissements et cet établissement est vraiment propre et très bien entretenu Nous étions 3, donc chambre avec 3 lits séparés. Literie vraiment très confortable Chambre très grande avec un petit balcon, télé, frigo, placard bureau. Wifi marche très bien. Idem pour la salle de...

"Very convenient to go around. Nice restaurants nearby, nice terrace and view."

"My 5th time in Istanbul a.s 2nd time at Primero. Never disappoints. They decorated my room for my husband's birthday and their breakfast had plenty options. Mert was so helpful and friendly. I will be back in a month and booking with them again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!"

"It’s tiny the room and the shower will not fit a big person"

"Shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk Madina and Sumayar. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel located in a convenient location, rooms are clean. The only downside was absence of ventilation in the bathroom except for the window. The air conditioning controlled by front desk and you need to call to turn it on. We found the little courtyard very useful."

"Breakfast choice isn't much. There is umbrella to borrow during rainy days. A lot of stairs steps at the front, have to carry luggage up when get to hotel."

"Très bien."

"Staff were friendly, rooms was cleaned everyday. Great location too, close to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and The Grand Bazaar. The tram stations are around a 5 minute walk. A great location, but be ready for the steep walks!"

"The location is great. It’s one block from the Main Street and çemberlitaş tram station is right there which is perfect. To get to the hotel once the taxi drops you off you have a bit of a hill to climb but for your daily outings there’s only one block of hill so it’s manageable. The hotel itself is very small but it serves its purpose. Don’t expect modern state of the art facilities. The room was a decent size and the bathroom on the smaller size. The major down side of the room is that the...
