The hotel is very nice located . The area is very safe and close to the Tram. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable and are to the USA and Canadian standards! The staff is very professional! I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect hotel and location - only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear and feel the trams passing by. Also beds are 2 mattresses together which is not ideal for couples

The hotel is in the middle of the tourist attractions, the tram is also running right in front of it if needed. The room was small but that is normal for this area, everything was very clean and the staff were super helpful. We had a massage and the lady was very good and professional.

Lovely hotel in perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and nice. Comfortable room although a bit small was still lovely. only down side is the noise from the cars honking all the time, does usually stop between 12pm and 6am but still annoying.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are super friendly and professional. Very nice and clean. The hotel also has Turkish bath/ Spa and massage facilities. Fuji was great! Spacious room but very dim. Room is considered clean and walking distance to basilica cistern, Hagia Sophia & grand bazaar. But, there is a generator directly outside the window. Its affect ours rest as the motor of the generator is loud and vibration can be feel.

My husband and I enjoyed our brief stay which allowed us to efficiently visit some of the top things to see in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and up to date albeit a little small however for our short stay it was fine.
