Not anything the hotel can do better but it’s just the fact of being in a city! The staff was great. I didn’t pack an umbrella and the lady at the desk provided me with one. "The stay was perfect! The location is about a 5 minute walk to the strip and entrance to grand bazar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and always help you in ensuring your stay is the best. This was my second time staying there. Also, they have the cutest dog who sits outside the hotel, his name is Milo and he is the friendliest dog ever. "

"This is one of the great stay we ever had in Istanbul! The room was spacious, the view from the family suit and roof-top breakfast area was just awesome. All the people were very courteous and helpful. We would love to go back and stay longer at this beautiful place which is so close to restaurants and great attractions like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar and Topkapi palace. All are walking distances. "
