The location is amazing. The hotel itself, is awesome! Nicest boutique hotel ever. The cleanliness of the room and the place is unmatched. But the highlight of it all is the staff! Whether it be the receptionists the concierge, the cleaning staff… They were the nicest people we met in all Istanbul! They go the extra mile so that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll be staying there for sure!

Room is vintage but lack modern bright light. Property is clean but a very bad smell of toilet on the floors often hamper that cleanliness. Staffs were extremely helpful with sweet smiles. Air conditioning system needs definite improvement. Location is great for tourism.

I thought the staff were great and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the Blue Mosque. I had the breakfast on a couple of days, which I thought was very nice. Only thing the property lacks is a proper restaurant and swimming pool but there are lots of restaurants in short distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay again

Excellent location for walking or taking team to key tourist sites. Newly constructed and tastefully decorated. Very helpful staff. Quiet location with lots of nearby places to eat and shop. One minor suggestion is to have more variation in breakfasts for those staying multiple days...although breakfast was very good. Thanks for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The Sultanahmet area where The Emerald Mansion is located is a perfect place to stay within easy walking distance to many historical sites or you easily catch the tram or metro to them. There are hundreds of places to eat in the area & some fantastic stores to buy baklava!

Lovely small, friendly hotel in a perfect location for exploring the main historical sites on foot. Literally a 5 min walk to sultanhamet square, blue mosque, haggia sophia and basilica sisterns. Engin and the team were welcoming, attentive and helpful. This was our first trip to Istanbul and Emerald Mansion was the perfect place for our stay. The weather was pretty cold while we were there so we didn’t mind that there was no outside space but this might be more of an issue if visting in warmer months.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (with a special mention for Mustafa). The hotel was in a great location and in close proximity to all of the areas of cultural interest, and the staff were very knowledgeable and offered great advice & suggestions. Our rooms were luxurious, comfortable and clean. There is only positive comments as everything was fantastic!! I would recommend Emerald Mansion Hotel and will certainly be returning one day.
