"Shout out to the lovely ladies at the front desk Madina and Sumayar. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall hotel located in a convenient location, rooms are clean. The only downside was absence of ventilation in the bathroom except for the window. The air conditioning controlled by front desk and you need to call to turn it on. We found the little courtyard very useful."

"This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most everything we came to see. Zaman was also incredibly helpful. Highly recommended."

"Lovely room in a wonderful hotel that is very well located and with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a shame that the spa operated on a segregated basis with different hours for men and women. We did however enjoy have a good hamman and massage as a couple in another nearby hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!"

"Ideal location less than 10 min walk to grand bazar. Trams very near. Good for all amenities"

"Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Ozan was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and helped us plan our day. We would recommend Hotel Niles!"

"My 5th time in Istanbul a.s 2nd time at Primero. Never disappoints. They decorated my room for my husband's birthday and their breakfast had plenty options. Mert was so helpful and friendly. I will be back in a month and booking with them again."

"We are impressed with the people who are working at this place - extremely kind, helpful "

"This a very comfortable hotel for Western travelers. Good sized rooms, quiet, near the Grand Bazaar and the trolley. An inexpensive full service laundry with excellent same day service is right across the street. No USB or US outlets. Good Turkish breakfast. Taxis drivers (who in Istanbul are a surely lot) may or may not know their way to the hotel (or anyplace else). The transportation I arranged for my trip to IST took me via Galeta Tower which is one weird way of getting to IST proving that...

"A great hotel, 10mins or so walk from all the main sights in Istanbul, and 5 mins or so walk from the Grand Bazaar, plus a tram stop to catch the tram that takes you down to Bosphorus shore/ferries. Staff are all lovely and so helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The staff were very friendly, always helpful when we needed or asked for something. The rooms were good for the price we paid, better than I expected. They gave me a bigger room than I booked at no extra cost and even let my cousin stay in my room for 3 days at no extra cost. The room had eveything required to cook your own meals, inviuding a nice size fridge freezer to store your ingredients. The shop called "Sok" was 20 seconds walk, they sell everything at low cost prices (budget store), yiu...

"The location is great. It’s one block from the Main Street and çemberlitaş tram station is right there which is perfect. To get to the hotel once the taxi drops you off you have a bit of a hill to climb but for your daily outings there’s only one block of hill so it’s manageable. The hotel itself is very small but it serves its purpose. Don’t expect modern state of the art facilities. The room was a decent size and the bathroom on the smaller size. The major down side of the room is that the...

"We loved it and great location."

"Staff were friendly, rooms was cleaned everyday. Great location too, close to Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque and The Grand Bazaar. The tram stations are around a 5 minute walk. A great location, but be ready for the steep walks!"

"Place was nice 👌"

"Tout était parfait, personnel sympathique et serviable, très belle vu du 4eme étage où l’ont pouvait s’installer pour manger (notre propre nourriture) ou le petit déjeuner le matin, hôtel propre et confortable, très jolie chambre (pas une belle vu mais c’est pas grave), seul petit hic c’est qu’il y avait une odeur de peinture dans la chambre peut-être avait elle été rénové récemment je ne sais pas, quartier sympa pleins de resto à deux pas et toutes les attractions accessible à pied !"
