"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! "This is a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Hanoi. The hotel is really well located and walking distance from a lot of things. It is clean and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious, there was a buffet selection and an additional menu that you could also order from. The staff are so friendly and kind. I was unwell with food poising during my stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much! "
