"Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou. "

"Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "
"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad.
No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere.
