Great location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, as well as easy access to public transport. Walking distance from the Westfield mall. Attentive and professional staff. Good-sized rooms, clean and in good condition. Breakfast was great.

The staff were nice. I like the location. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I was lucky that I was standing across the road to see ibis sign. The trees branches were hiding the ibis sign. I would come back again.

Perfect location

We usually stay here every year when we come to London and never had any issues. It’s a brilliant location and good value for money. The discounted car park attached to the hotel is super convenient.

Best hotel in London!

Best hotel ive stayed in London, close to everything, shops, tube is over the road, shopping centre close, beds so comfy, very happy, will be back, check in man was lovely too, thank you. Oh and 12pm check out is amazing!
