"Nice property quiet and nice staff. Though didn’t appreciate being charged $19 for parking and wasn’t able to use the pool due to tins and tons of dead mosquitos on the pools water. Oh and a sock at the bottom of the pool, gross! Otherwise it was a nice stay and would return again!"

"I choose the “ferry view” room for my holiday and I got exactly what I want! First, I thought it was a very old hotel and didn’t expect much but it didn’t go as I thought. The room was perfect! Everything is NEW. It seems like they just renovate the hotel. Perfect location. Just opposite the ferry building. Next to BART station. Fifteen-minute walk to Union square. Highly recommend this hotel. Two cons are parking fee, it’s 35USD per 24 hours at least and locate at Embacedaro 3 building, not...

"We had a double room above 30th floor, with awesome city views - we could see Alcatraz and peek at both the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges. We were right by the elevators and while I could hear them, I was so tired from days that they didn't keep me up or wake me up, but that might be a problem for some. Great lobby and lounge/bar downstairs to meet with friends before heading out."

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Zelos. The rooms were clean and neat and the bed was so comfortable. The front staff was very friendly. Our only issue was with the staff in the dirty habits restaurant. They were very inattentive and slow to serve. But overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay in the downtown area. We saw lots of interesting people on the streets but never felt unsafe."
