Front desk was kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view. I came here for my anniversary and it was a great decision. Will definitely being staying here again
The room was beautiful, the view of the city was priceless and the room is very clean and comfortable.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a store (with a lot of stuff) and a very good restaurant. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location, excellent and affordable self parking within 100 ft of property, quick check in. Rooms a bit small but clean and comfortable.
WILL at Reception provided exemplary service offering late checkout, Market vouchers, and the top floor with a nice view without me having to ask. A few minutes later, a staff member knocked on our door with a complimentary snack tray. Each floor has a filtered water dispenser too which is great.
By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in so many places. Beautiful views, clean, amazing staff and service. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and only a 10 minute drive to the pier. Will be booking here anytime I stay in San Francisco.
