This is a beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The amenities in the room are excellent and the decor is very well done and very well maintained. Everyone is helpful and extremely courteous. I would always stay here when in San Francisco.

The rooms seem old, so they do not have the luxury modern look. They are also not soundproof. But I think they make up for that with amenities- they will treat you very well for special occasions (room upgrade, little gifts and wine). Location is convenient and the lobby is super spacious as well.

The staff was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of many designer stores, coffee shops, and quick bites. It’s just as easy to get around, with the Muni streetcars, historic cable cars, and BART all within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will always be my go-to whenever I visit San Francisco!

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of so many popular attractions, including Union Square and SFMOMA. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.Our room was clean, comfortable, modern, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco!
