We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. The views are amazing! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable. Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help us. Check in was at 4pm, but we arrived in SF super early in the morning. Hotel had no problem taking our luggage first thing when we got in from the airport, and held on to it while we wandered around town and killed some time. We were offered Regency Club access for an additional fee... we declined, as we were only in town for two days and it seemed to be a waste of money... however, we probably would have done that were we staying longer. Hotel is immaculate and such interesting architecture! My only complaint is that the elevators were incredibly slow at times... although... this is more of an uncontrollable building issue than something the hotel themselves could control. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Especially when I specifically requested a quiet room. Also, I made some additional requests that weren’t fulfilled. They didn’t check our bags. They didn’t show us the bikes. We won’t be coming back.
