"We loved our 3-night stay at The Godfrey Hotel. Great location for the Boston Commons and Public Garden, close to the T, restaurants and shopping, and right in the theater district. A nice walk to North End, the Aquarium area and Freedom Trail. All staff were so nice and very helpful, particularly valet services, front desk and housekeeping. There is a good coffee/light breakfast spot connected to the lobby area. Plenty of small tables and spaces there at or near the bar...to hang out, visit, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom uses space well, and has a large walk in shower that was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"For an expensive hotel, I was hoping for a little more. However, it seems all Boston hotels are expensive. For £400 per night, one would expect top notch. Very good but not exceptional, and why does the music have to be so loud in the lobby, even at 6.30 in the morning. I feel for the staff as much as the clientele."
