I was deeply disappointed with the Westin. My husband is a Titanium lifetime member…as we checked out, I noticed that there was a mistake with the bill. The hotel did not deduct the 3 coupons I handed to the server at the restaurant for 2 free drinks (house wine) and a $13 food credit. When I raised the issue before checking out, the front desk rep checked with the F&B manager and he claimed that they only received the $13 food credit coupon and not the other two. I explained that I did hand all three coupons. I even explained that I would not cheat the hotel for $27. Although the rep said she would look into it further, I do not believe her. I even told her that we stay at the Westin all the time. In fact, we were at a Westin in Boston last week. If they can treat their Titanium members this way, how would they treat others? This is just poor customer service. So disappointed.
