"Beautiful property - absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. The staff were super nice and helpful. David who works at the tea bar is also lovely. Amenities are great here and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. We got the forest room and it was so nice to wake up to. The public bath was also super clean and nice. Our skin felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast there also. It was a big meal but so delicious."

"An amazing experience from start to finish! The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the train station and main street—with a beautiful river view. The facilities and amenities are exceptionally well maintained and clean. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for families, honeymoons, anniversaries, and more. It’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!"

"The property itself is really nice and they offer pick up/drop off from Gora station. Breakfast was good. There isn’t a lot around this hotel so it seems best for those planning to stay at the hotel for meals/amenities/etc. They offer scheduled drop offs at Odawara train station but it’s only convenient for those going back to Tokyo (we were headed to Kyoto and had to take the city bus instead)."

"Very cool experience. The meal is a very traditional Japanese meal, with of course the main meal being the pick of your choice. The waygu beef was fabulous. Pricey option itself as an onsen, but the most affordable that we could find!"
