"All went perfectly, except the access to internet (wifi). it was unstable (from phone) and I couldnt connect using my laptop (you gotta login using a web interface, that somehow allowed to connect but not have internet access)"

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

The location for a none driver was beyond compare,on floor 2 there was direct access to an entire wonderful shopping centre with everything you could ever desire and turn left at shopping centre and you at kuala lumpur's sentral station with quick access to all major sights and very excellent link to the airport and theres even the coach station underneath with its own connection to the hotel. "Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"I stay in this hotel for 3 nights and good thing is the hotel connected to the mall and waterpark. But the room ( premier with park view) is a bit old with smoking smell. The bath tub is always not well drained and flooding every time I take a bath. The pillow sheet has the dust stain when 1st night I checked in and I'd better recommend to have the room cleaning daily. "I was woken up by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. I ran downstairs with other guests, but there were cleaning tools in front of the emergency staircase door and I couldn't open it. I managed to open it and escape, but I'm glad the alarm was a false alarm, but if there was a real fire, I wouldn't be able to escape. This is very problematic."

"Great location, as it is located in Mid Valley City and has direct access to the shopping mall. Staffs of the hotel are great. However, a little more attention could be focused in housekeeping, as some items such as tissue boxes were not replenished during housekeeping. If not, I would highly recommend this property."
