"The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the middle of the ocean drive strip. Less than 3 mins from the beach. Five minutes to the Versace mansion. Right in the middle of many art deco properties. Now for the not so good. The service at check-in was not friendly. The valet parking staff were rude. You have to walk through the patio restaurant to enter the hotel - including dragging your luggage up crowded steps through tables of people eating while the staff stand and watch. While...

"Nice little hotel. Felt safe. Paid private parking or valet only. It was quaint. Bed was very comfortable. AC was SUPER cold. I do have a few things that made me not give better ratings: Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the room. Floor was super dirty. Walking across the floor barefoot resulted in very dirty feet and I had to use the only washcloth to clean them off before getting into bed. Shower head had water flowing out of the back and needed to be replaced. Water was nice and...

"We were very happy with our stay. Room was modern, very clean. Bed sheets were clean. I honestly don't know why the property had so many bad reviews but it was absolutely good and worth the money. Located 2 blocks or 5 min walk from the beach. Street parking is easy to find around the property for 1$ per hour and you only pay from 8am to 6pm. We had a problem with a microwave and they replaced it the same day. Wifi is not for work but for some internet surging is fine. We would love to have some...
