"The staff were very friendly, which was a highlight of our stay. However, overall the hotel did not meet expectations. We had difficulty reaching anyone by phone for bellhop service, and with so many floors and guests, getting assistance was challenging. The property itself feels quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. "Nicely situated on the Beach front. Large bathroom. Main thing that brings the rating down is the drilling that goes on 11 hours a day on the site right next to our balcony. It is relentless and impossible to relax as well as have the balcony covered in building dust all of the time. If you are looking for a relaxed break this site won’t be it for some time to come as they’ve only just started on the foundations unfortunately. Happy hour is also disappointing as it only applies in the inside...
