"I had such a warm welcome from the staff, I knew immediately I had made the right choice with Casa Collins. This was as I barely got through the door! I also knew just from arriving that I probably wouldn’t want to leave, and I didn’t ! I felt so at home and had everything I needed for my weekend stay. "Upon arrival, the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor and we found a huge live roach in our room. Checking in and anything at the front desk was eeeexxxxxttttrrrreeemmmlllyyy slow. Everytime we requested a taxi at the front desk we were told it would be quicker to get one on the street."
