"The property itself, it’s beautiful. we went to check-in, the person there was named Gabriel. We showed up early Around 1pm. He was extremely rude and dismissive. Seemed bother to check me in. Poor attitude, felt like we were bothering him. He said he was having trouble with my reservations because usually they don’t deal with booking or Expedia reservations. He checked us in, charging the $68 per day fee for the amenities of the hotel (pool & beach) . Gave us the risk bands. He took my number to let me know when the room was ready. 3 hours went by and nothing. I went to check, the check in was never done. Had to do the whole process again. This hotel is price to be treated like you’re there for free. "

"Staff were friendly. Overall property was clean but the room itself was pretty worn. The carpet needs cleaning. The bathroom needed a revamp - broken tiles and the toilet ran. Beds were ok. Highlight was proximity to the beach. Towels were often scarce. Didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was way overpriced but it’s was decent. Rooms have very thin walls! Would probably stay again for the access to the beach. "
