"This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some quiet..."

"The theme of the hotel is really cool. However Hotel is very outdated needs upgrades badly. The shower water pressure isn’t good and the shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been unfortunately. One of the ladies at the front desk gave my friend and I a complementary breakfast voucher and the breakfast was pleasant I really appreciate that. "

"Rooms are very nice, we got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Everything looks great but I did not find the furniture comfortable. The couch is very low and very deep, difficult to use with anyone with back issues. The chair is the same, very artsy looking but not comfortable at all. The Spa that I had heard a lot about is very basic. The men’s steam room can handle 2 people only! The massage was better than average but certainly not worth $400. The restaurants are great, good and helpful staff, great public places, but this is not a serene hotel. Very crowded, nothing like any of the videos depict. Expensive but so are all the hotels in South Beach. This is a large property, maybe next time will book a small boutique hotel."
